The Cannes Yachting Festival is one of the world’s leading boat shows. It takes place every September in the town of Cannes, on the Côte d’Azur in France. It’s a prestigious event that attracts yachting enthusiasts, marine professionals, boat builders, equipment suppliers and luxury enthusiasts from all over the world.
The festival takes place on two sites along the bay of Cannes, the Old Port of Cannes and the Port Canto. These sites can accommodate a large number of sailing and motor boats, from superyachts to more modest pleasure crafts.

The Old Port
First of all, the western edge of the harbor is bounded by the embarcation dock for the islands, and the eastern edge by the famous Albert-Edouard pier, which runs alongside the Palais des Festivals. It offers more than half a kilometer of quay to accommodate all the big yachts.
The Vieux Port is also home to the Luxury Gallery, an area dedicated to luxury and the art of living.
It is totally dedicated to the motorboat industry, with more than 530 recent motorboats from 5 to 48 meters.
Port Canto
Port Canto is divided into 3 areas. The one we’re interested in is the Sailing area, which features the world’s largest showcase of new tall ships afloat, with its 4,000 m² of dock space. Thanks to the generous width of the docks, visitors can comfortably enjoy the wide range of boats on display.
In short, the Cannes Yachting Festival is an exceptional showcase for the boating industry, offering boat lovers and professionals alike a unique opportunity to discover the latest trends, innovative technologies and top-of-the-range products in the sector.

Dufour novelties at the festival
This new edition of the boat show will be an opportunity to discover or rediscover several iconic Dufour yachts, such as the Dufour 37 and its exceptional living space for a 10-meter monohull. But also the Dufour 430, optimized for performance, and the Dufour 470, the perfect blend of luxury and thrills.
But the big stars of our shipyard this year – and we can’t wait to present them as world premieres to the whole world – are the new Dufour 41 and Dufour 530 Smart Electric.
The Dufour 41 – Instinctive Sailing
For the first time, the shipyard will unveil its latest 12-meter-plus model to festival visitors. We’ve redesigned Le Dufour 41 to promote both outdoor and indoor living. The cockpit is very spacious, with a volume comparable to that of a larger sailboat.

The Dufour 530 Smart Electric – Dare to go green!
For the first time, Dufour will equip one of its yachts with a Smart Electric engine. This choice is in line with our strategy of decarbonizing cruising and the Odysséa plan.
